I had a fantastic experience working with Tanya this tax season. I came in feeling overwhelmed because my year included a divorce, selling a house, and moving states, but Tanya made the entire process clear and manageable. She was honest, patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My appointment only took about 30 minutes, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. The office staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a stressful task feel much easier. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectful of your time, I highly recommend Tanya and her team. I have used Robby with Starner tax group for years now and I have always had great service and quick turnaround times. I have a full time job and get a W-2 like everyone else, but I also have my own part time buisness on the side which I typically recieve several 1099's for the extra income which can be very confusing and uncle sam loves to hammer me on. However, Robby always goes above and beyond and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to helping me get all the appropriate write offs and deductions. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone! ~ J T

I had a bad experience and rated this company a 1 star because I felt put off. After Ted reaching out several times and advocating to the owner about me they decided to waive my fees and got my taxes filed and to me that’s deserving of a 5 star upgrade and I have chosen to return and use them next year. The mark of customer is important to me and my frustrations and concerns were handled adequately and even above and beyond my expectation as a consumer. I’d recommend this company in the future. Tanya Vandiver at Starner Tax Group is AMAZING. She is so kind and she’s great at what she does! She’s done my taxes for the last three or four years and my fiancé’s taxes for the last two years. We actually looked her up and found her this year when we realized she switched from H&R to Starner. She is a genius, she is quick yet personable and makes sure we get all the information we need/want. We will definitely continue to go to Tanya in the future! I just moved to the Rogers AR area at the first of the year, so I needed someone who could file out of state taxes. Additionally, I sold some property and wanted an accountant who has knowledge of what I could use as deductions from the profit of selling the property. They did an outstanding job and had my return completed in a day, and their charged was very reasonable. I cannot brag on this place enough. Paige Gladden specifically. We came in completely lost with several forms and multistate filings we needed to fill out. Paige helped us and answered all of our questions. It was also our daughter's first year to file her taxes and we had her come in and do hers as well. This was my first time going here I highly recommend this place. They had me in and out within 15 mins. Paige Gladden helped me out with my taxes and even explained why I didn’t receive anything back last year so that was nice.
